Educational Requirements:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to at least 16 years of education) in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Project Management Engineering, Finance or Social Sciences.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of verifiable post-qualification experience in procurement and contract management of goods, works and consulting services.
At least 3 years of experience in Digital ICT Procurement & Contract Management, particularly for projects involving Data Centre procurements, IT network solutions (hardware/software) and similar initiatives.
Experience with World Bank procurement and contract management for at least three years working on projects of comparable scale and complexity.
Post-contract administration experience (minimum 3 years) including handling contract disputes and dispute resolution procedures.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in using e-procurement applications and World Bank’s Systematic Tracking Exchanges in Procurement (STEP) or similar ERP tools.
Strong command of English (both written and oral).
Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.

How will the selection process for individual consultants be conducted?
The selection process will follow the Open Competitive Selection method as per the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (July 2016, revised in November 2017 & August 2018). This ensures a transparent, competitive and merit-based recruitment process.
The selection steps include:
